Your key responsibilities

- Effectively manage client engagement teams executing IT due diligence and transaction services, supporting decision makers in developing and executing transaction strategy to secure deal value.
- Perform IT due diligence, stand‑alone costing, one‑time cost development, and operating model design.
- Lead integration planning and execution (Integration Management Office).
- Lead carve‑out or divestiture planning and execution (Carve‑out Management Office).
- Identify, validate and realize synergies.
- Develop transitional services agreements and M&A; integration playbooks.
- Demonstrate project execution skills, including project management, problem‑solving and facilitation.
- Identify key IT risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines and functional areas.
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, delivering a high degree of client satisfaction with engagement processes and deliverables.
- Assist in business development activities, including preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings to grow the practice.
- Lead internal practice initiatives to improve the IT M&A; practice and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Manage staff across multiple projects and provide direction to team members.

To qualify for the role you must have

- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.




- Minimum 5+ years of experience in projects involving IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, cost and value, operating models and technology process optimization.
- Big‑4 experience in diligence, integration or divestiture required.
- Proven record of excellence in merger‑integration, acquisitions, divestitures and carve‑outs.
- Trusted IT advisor to large organizations (Fortune 500 and comparable).
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence translating complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience working in complex business environments.
- Prioritization and adaptation skills for new challenges.
- Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction.
- Experience developing deep, cooperative relationships across practice areas.
- Bilingual in French and English – required.
- Ability to travel to the U.S. on short notice.

Ideally, you’ll also have

- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, or willingness to learn.
- Experience supporting integrations, carve‑outs or other transaction engagements.
- Functional experience in Human Resource Management, Change Management or project management.
- Relevant academic degrees or certifications (MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP).
