Our culture and people are integral to our growth and success and this Manager will spearhead our efforts in recruiting professional and experienced hires. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and as a pivotal member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will coach and lead recruiting professionals from sourcing top tier talent to negotiating offers.

With a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates, you will leverage innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent. Develop a strategic recruitment plan to achieve the workforce needs of today and to sustainably serve our future growth Partner with senior leaders in the business to identify organizational talent needs in a technology centered, data driven and digitally oriented organization Drive a positive candidate experience from application stage to joining on day one 5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing ~Robust pulse on the recruitment landscape for key job families (Process Management, Data Analytics, Data Science, Legal and Compliance)
