AGI Rosenort is committed to customer satisfaction and farmer solutions. The role will cover a broad spectrum of engineering work including design updates to our product lines, lean initiatives, research & development and troubleshooting production issues. Our fast-paced environment means most projects will only last 2-6 weeks from inception to implementation.

This role is very cross-functional and involves working closely with the Purchasing, Production, and Sales departments.

The Manufacturing

Engineer will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials

- Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; confirming manufacturing processes.



Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules
- Provide manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests. Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; requesting special service. Maintain product and process data base by writing computer programs; entering data. Complete design and development projects by training and guiding technicians. Maintain qualified and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks
