As our plant Manufacturing Operations Clerk, you will provide critical administrative and operational support within our manufacturing plant setting.

In this role you'll ensure accurate production documentation, supports plant leadership, and maintain efficient workflow across production, inventory, and administrative processes. Partner with Production, Customer Service, HR, and Finance teams to ensure smooth plant operations Provide support to management team including gathering and preparing data for reports and presentations (payroll, KPI, Continuous Improvement, Town Hall, Engagement), data management internal and external, reporting, support travel requirements, process invoices Provides facility support including Visitor management, security badge control, Visitor and Contractor orientations, Culture Committee, Market Manager among other requests Prepares for and supports variety of meetings and events including: schedules, reserve room space,



prepare and distribute materials manage work time efficiently, follow procedures and policies Procure and maintain inventory of office, safety, meeting and event supplies Assists with Hourly recruiting including job posting, interview and onboarding processing Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required ~ Advanced Excel skills; Up to 5% travel ~ Fast-paced manufacturing plant environment with exposure to noise, production equipment, and varying temperatures ~ Combination of office-based and floor-based responsibilities We offer competitive benefits, job training, learning and development, and other employee perks such as our employee discount on all products.
