Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Systems Technician at Johnson Electric! As our next Manufacturing Systems Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, refurbishing, and repairing our production equipment and facilities. You will also support the assembly, debugging, installation, and start-up of new or modified production equipment.
Your hands‑on expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems will be crucial in maintaining operational quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
Technological Leadership: Be part of a company that is a leader in its field, driving technological advancements. Maintain, refurbish, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems. Support the mechanical assembly, electrical installation, debugging, installation, and start‑up of new or modified production equipment.
Collaborate with team members to implement production machinery for new manufacturing projects. Maintain operational quality and efficiency targets. Maintain robust housekeeping and project organization within the maintenance department.
Minimum of five years of hands‑on experience repairing and maintaining CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. Hands‑on technical skills in mechanical assembly, machine repair, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and PLC‑and CNC‑based control and logic systems. Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on QS9000 operating systems.
Bonus Points If You Have: Welding and basic manual machining skills. Practical experience supporting the installation, debugging, and start‑up of new or modified manufacturing equipment. Cross‑functional experience working with Operations, Quality, Engineering,
