The Market Development Manager is responsible for working with distributors and food service & industrial accounts in assigned territories to develop sales to meet assigned targets. Evaluate internal and external sales performance to ensure customer satisfaction and reach sales target. Work with retail, food services and industrial key accounts to promote the sale & usage of LKK products.

Seek business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the position in the industry including supermarkets, distributors, wholesalers, and restaurants. Create new business relationships and manage existing accounts. Build relationships with restaurants, suppliers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and other referral sources.

Introduce and increase the number of Lee Kum Kee SKUs in restaurants and provide support to source Lee Kum Kee products. Work closely with assigned channels/customers to achieve sales targets. This will include product education, research, competitive analysis, product penetration, development and execution of advertisement and promotional programs, and various plans and reports.

Prepare quality plans, budgets, presentations and reports as required. Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and industry trends so that we can provide customers with recommendations, keeping LKK’s and customers best interest in mind, regarding strategies to grow their foodservice sales, whether through the use of LKK’s products or through operational guidance. Operative to solve customer challenges, from new product set up to on-time deliveries.

Collaborative, experience building relationships and working with colleagues across levels and functions, including those working remotely. Review market analyses to determine customer needs. Execute various sales and marketing projects, including management and administrative duties.

Deliver sales presentations to key accounts to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals.



Responsible for product and service development to meet market needs. Monitor accounts receivable and sales transactions.

Prepare quality plans, budgets, presentations and reports as required.
