Job Overview

I am seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join me. In this paid role, you will support our marketing efforts by developing compelling content, managing digital campaigns, and enhancing our online presence. Your creativity and technical skills will help elevate our brand and attract new clients through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns to promote our real estate services.
- Support the management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Maintain and update the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.




- Design visually appealing graphics to support marketing materials.
- Collaborate to develop creative marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Maintaining client engagement software to keep us in touch with clients.
- Shopping for client gifts, preparing buying and listing packages, sending personal notes, assisting in planning client parties.
- Some driving will be required for pick ups and drop offs of supplies, signs etc. and running some minimal personal errands.

Skills

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Google Ads, and Facebook Advertising.
- Robust knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization techniques.
- Experience graphic design.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and campaign performance.
- Ability to execute email/mail marketing campaigns effectively using various tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
