Job Summary (Applicants Must Be UK Residents) We’re seeking a talented and results‑driven Paid Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Google). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Meta's advertising tools, audience targeting, and analytics to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and overall business growth. This position is remote, offering flexibility and autonomy.

Design and execute innovative Meta/Google ads advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives and tailored for the UK audience Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target ideal customer segments within the UK on Meta platforms Strategically allocate and optimise advertising budgets to maximise ROI A/B Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance Data‑Driven Analysis: Analyse campaign metrics, extract actionable insights, and optimise strategies based on data Prepare and present clear reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and key learnings Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience around paid media,
