For more information, visit the Nespresso corporate website: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work at Nespresso, in Montreal, reporting into the Product Manager, B2C promotional activations.
This role will support the Product Management team in the development of the marketing strategy in line with the brand and business’s objectives. As a Marketing Specialist you will have a great opportunity to contribute to the business development and sales objectives, focusing on but not-limited-to, three areas of responsibility: You will be working daily with cross-functional teams to accomplish your projects,
with lots of autonomy and coaching to really thrive. B2C Coffee promotional plan development : Lead the implementation of the B2C coffee promotional plan with anOMNIchannel approach working in partnership with all cross-functional teams (E-Commerce, Retail, Brand, CRC, CRM, Supply Chain, Finance, IT…) Conduct analysis of promotional activations , including daily sales tracking, and building recommendations to support promotion performance when needed Lead the development and implementation of creative assets with agencies along with channels to ensure consistent campaigns integrated to Brand Experiences and leveraging cross-sell opportunities in order to provide a full; 360 customer experience (coffee, accessories, machines, etc) Continuously propose innovative ideas by analyzing market trends and luxury-goods competitive benchmarks to establish best practises and elevate the 360 customer experience aligned with our brand positioning Contribute to budget accuracy (purchase order process, product creation and invoicing follow-ups) Strong proven project management skills: well-structured/organized, time & priority management, multi-tasking skills, agility and autonomy,
