Job Summary

Our team is looking for an experienced Master Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for HVAC electrical wiring, installations, troubleshooting, and service calls for residential and light commercial customers.

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete electrical wiring and installations for HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, ductless systems, and other HVAC equipment.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and service calls.
- Install disconnects, breakers, wiring, controls, thermostats, and related electrical components.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer instructions.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and regulations.
- Perform electrical inspections and identify potential safety issues.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain required repairs or electrical work.
- Coordinate with HVAC technicians and other trades when required.
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and material requirements.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.

Requirements
- Valid Master Electrician certification/license in Manitoba.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems.
- Experience with heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, ductless systems, and HVAC controls is an asset.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical issues and completing service calls.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in residential and light commercial environments.

Pay: $45.00-$60.02 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
