For over 40 years, Array Marketing has been a global leader in the retail display and in-store merchandising services industry. We are committed to building on more than four decades of strength, deep industry knowledge, and design innovation to accelerate our growth and serve our customers even better than before. As we continue to expand around the world, we are looking for critical thinkers who are data-driven, have a robust work ethic and care about best practices and customer outcomes to help us carry out our vision.

Reporting to the Materials and Process Planning Manager, we are seeking a Process Planner / Manufacturing Engineer Team Lead to supervise the creation and maintenance of core manufacturing master files, ensure the integrity of BOMs, and manage the release and communication of plans that drive production. You will work closely with Design Engineering, Procurement, Inventory Control, Costing, and Production teams to ensure seamless planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of each project. This is a leadership role that combines technical and leadership responsibilities.

Innovation: You will play a crucial role in shaping high-quality retail displays by optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless production processes. Working at the intersection of design and manufacturing, you will help bring concepts to life while improving efficiency through BOM management and production planning. You will be able to help define and shape your role and accountabilities.

You will collaborate closely with Design Engineering, Procurement, Plant Controller, and Inventory teams, giving you broad exposure and influence over key production decisions.

As a key player in ensuring manufacturing readiness, you will have the autonomy to drive process improvements and bring forward changes in production planning. You will receive training in our production processes while honing your scheduling, capacity planning, and data-driven decision-making skills.

You will ensure BOMs are correctly sequenced to align with cost centres and materials allocation. You will manage BOM import files and work with production to reflect sampling results in final BOMs. You will ensure alignment of long-lead material purchases with current plan needs.

Manage change control. You will ensure production, procurement, inventory, and costing teams are informed of relevant changes and can act accordingly. Coordinate pre-production planning. You will work with the Materials Planning Manager to align BOM structure with production strategy and support demand forecasting.

You will review and audit work for accuracy and compliance, and allocate responsibilities based on project timelines. You will generate reports and analyses that support continuous improvement and benchmarking of performance. You will help create and implement processes that improve efficiency and accuracy.

Leadership and planning experience.

You have experience leading planning teams or projects within manufacturing, ideally in a high-mix-low-volume or lean production environment. You bring expertise in materials planning, production planning, and master file management.

Technical skills. You are proficient in ERP and inventory systems and advanced in Microsoft Excel. You are confident working with complex BOM structures, routings, and costing data. You are solutions-focused and can manage complex, time-sensitive issues involving multiple stakeholders.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are critical components of life at Array Marketing, and we are committed to making these values an integral part of our culture. We encourage applications from all qualified applicants, including women, persons with disabilities, Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC), people from the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Queer, Questioning, Two-Spirit, Intersex, Asexual + (LGBTQ2SIA+) community, and other equity-seeking groups. A virtual interview with a Talent Advisor discussing your interest in the role, the team’s culture and how you will make an impact.

A virtual interview with the Hiring Manager, Plant Controller Lead and HR Representative to discuss your experience in order and job planning. A final in-person interview with the Hiring Manager, SVP Operations and Senior Director, Operational Excellence.
