High Park was established to develop, sell, and distribute inspiring and iconic adult-use cannabis brands. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Manager, the Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Leads and Technicians through the safe and effective execution of all Manufacturing duties.

Shift

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm and 2:00pm - 10:30pm (rotating bi-weekly). Oversee and ensure the safe and effective execution of all duties in accordance with established company policy, procedure and additional requirements (Safety, Quality, Compliance & KPI’s) Organize manufacturing staff, ensuring all operations are conducted timely and safely Directing daily line work and executing the planning schedule Ensure product quality and proper execution of all SOP’s Effectively schedule all assigned personnel including vacation approval Ensure worker training and crew talks are scheduled, conducted and effectively documented Consistently evaluate worker safety, product quality,



SOP compliance and schedule status Conduct employee reviews and recommend/participate in performance improvement 5 to 7 years manufacturing experience in a supervisory or management role required ~ Robust computer skills in a Windows environment ~ Must have High School Diploma or equivalent ~ A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills ~ Excellent time and project management skills ~ Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications ~ Please note that the actual offer will be determined based on your skills, experience, education, market benchmarks, and internal equity.
