Mechanic's Helper / Apprentice — Heavy Equipment (Full-Time, Entry Level) Lift It Equipment Service Ltd. — Fraser Valley / Lower Mainland, BC

$25/hour to start — full on-the-job training — no experience required

We're a new heavy-duty mobile mechanic company servicing telehandlers, man lifts, forklifts and other equipment on customer sites across the Lower Mainland.

We're looking for a full-time helper to ride along with our lead mechanic, learn the trade hands-on, and help us get more done every day.

What you'll do

- Ride in the service van with our lead mechanic and work alongside him on real jobs from day one
- Learn to service, inspect and repair telehandlers, aerial lifts, forklifts and other heavy equipment on site Handle the basics that keep jobs moving — tools, parts runs, prep, cleanup, second set of hands
- Enter job notes, parts and invoices on our tablet system while we're on the road (we'll train you)
- Help set up and work on cable jobs and larger jobs at our shop

Who we're looking for
- Someone who likes working with their hands and wants to learn a trade properly
- Reliable, shows up on time, takes direction and asks questions




- Comfortable using a phone or tablet for basic data entry
- Physically able to lift, kneel, climb and work outdoors in all weather
- Valid BC driver's licence is an asset
- No mechanical experience required — we train you. If you do have experience, tell us; the wage goes up with it.
