Under the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor and/or Plant Manager; He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

Ensure

Health & Safety, Safe Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices are followed. Remove scrap from the machine and maintain housekeeping in and around your working area. During production make machine adjustments if needed.

Perform process check to ensure quality and safety of production as per QA SOP/WI. Load film or other packaging materials onto the machine. Ensure product and packaging match. Perform changeovers to accommodate different sizes of packaging materials or product change.





Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.

Use Statistical Process

Control (SPC) weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
