The Trading Operations
Analyst is the production layer of the trade operations function — responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all post-trade activity across every asset class the desk trades. This includes equities, ETFs, fixed income, derivatives, FX, digital assets, and physical commodities. This role is for someone who takes precision seriously, escalates early, and approaches their work with a process- improvement mindset.
The desk is actively deploying AI tools to automate routine tasks — this person is expected to engage with those tools, validate their outputs, and help identify where they can do more. Private placements, structured instruments, and alternative asset classes need to be correctly established in the book of record before they can trade — this person owns that process.
The Capital
Markets & Trading team operates as a single unit across two functions: trading and trade operations. Both sides of the desk understand the full trade lifecycle — from execution through settlement — and cover each other when it counts.
The Trading Operations
Analyst works closely with the Senior Trading Operations Analyst, building deep knowledge of the post-trade function while developing a working understanding of the broader desk.
