We are seeking an experienced Metal Polisher to join our metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience polishing and finishing metal components to a high-quality standard. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and prior experience working in a metal fabrication setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Polish, buff, and finish metal components to required surface quality and specifications

- Work with various metals commonly used in fabrication (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel)

- Operate polishing, grinding, and finishing tools and equipment safely

- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

- Remove scratches, weld marks, and surface imperfections

- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area

- Follow production schedules, drawings, and work instructions

- Adhere to all workplace safety and quality procedures

Requirements





- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Metal Polisher in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment

- Proven ability to achieve high-quality surface finishes

- Experience using polishing wheels, grinders, buffers, and related equipment

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must provide references from previous employer(s)

Nice to Have

- Experience with architectural metal, custom fabrication, or decorative finishes

- Knowledge of different polishing compounds and finishing techniques

- Familiarity with shop drawings and fabrication processes
