BDO Digital is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Senior Functional Consultant to join our growing Solution Operations (Managed Services) Practice on either a full-time permanent or contract basis, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client D365 F&O; Managed Services engagements, with approximately 75% support and 25% project-based focus

Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas

Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition suite

Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations

Troubleshooting issues and reproducing the issues in a separate development environment

Utilize effective communication and listening skills with customers and colleagues to troubleshoot technology issues and provide guidance/support

Apply Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology to assist customers in deploying the solutions in a timely and effective manner clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality work

You identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients





You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace

You grow your expertise through learning and professional development

Minimum 3-5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O; managed services consulting and support experience, with solid expertise in the Supply Chain Management functional area

Previous experience working with a consulting firm is an asset but not required

Dynamics 365 F&O; / AX certifications in the relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection process

Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience

Experience in working on functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of Finance concepts and general module functionality

Flexible and adaptable to change; the success on each project depends on the combined efforts of the implementation team
