Candidates should possess a degree in electrical engineering or computer science and have a minimum of three years of patent dispute litigation experience. - Litigate patent disputes with a focus on client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to strengthen case strategies
- Engage in discovery and motion practice efficiently
- Prepare and argue legal briefs and motions
