Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Milker to join our agricultural team. This role involves the careful and efficient milking of livestock, ensuring their health and comfort while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and an interest in farm operations. Prior experience with farm machinery or horticulture is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

- Operate milking equipment safely and efficiently to milk livestock according to established protocols

- Maintain cleanliness of milking stations and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met

- Monitor animal health and behavior during the milking process, reporting any concerns to supervisors

- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks, including handling hand tools, power tools, and small machinery

- Perform heavy lifting when necessary for moving feed, supplies, or equipment

- Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environmentExperience

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
