Posted Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 4:00 a.m. AGF Rebar is seeking a Millwright at our Kitchener location for the afternoon shift. Since 1948, AGF has played a key role in the supply and installation of reinforcing steel, with over 50,000 projects completed across the country and beyond.

We've contributed to major construction projects such as the light-rail transit in Toronto, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and the SickKids Research Institute. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance.



Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams. Perform facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

Submit parts requests to maintain adequate inventory levels. Conduct equipment changeovers and production line setups. 3+ years of mechanical/electrical/pneumatical/hydraulic experience preferred; ~ Licensed Millwright or Electrician preferred; ~ Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred; ~ Previous experience within high-speed industrial setting; ~ Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude; ~ Basic computer skills; ~ AGF is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
