Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of materials Assemble and fit complex parts and sub‑assemblies for custom automation equipment Conduct testing and perform adjustments to ensure equipment meets specifications Support machine debug, integration, and commissioning activities Coordinate with electricians and PLC programmers during machine builds Train customers, maintenance, and operators on equipment and safety procedures Verify part conformance using precision measuring instruments Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain organized work areas Diploma or equivalent technical training or relevant experience ~5+ years of experience in automation, machine building, or millwright work ~ Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and blueprint reading ~ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Bonus Points If You Have:
