Mobile Car Detailer – Flexible Schedule | Paid Per Job

We’re a growing mobile detailing company with 10+ locations looking to partner with experienced, reliable mobile car detailers who want additional paid jobs in their area.

We handle the marketing, advertising, customer acquisition, booking, scheduling, and customer communication. You bring your equipment, complete the detail, and provide a great experience for the customer.

This is a flexible, on-demand opportunity. When we receive a booking in your area, we’ll send you the job details and you can accept or decline based on your availability.

COMPENSATION

Detailers receive 40% of the total service price + 100% of all tips.

Our packages typically range from $199–$289+, with larger vehicles, upgrades, and additional services priced higher.

There are no advertising costs, lead fees, or customer acquisition costs for you. We find and book the customers — you focus on the detail.

Please note: The current compensation structure is 40% to the detailer / 60% to the company and is non-negotiable.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for experienced detailers who can independently provide professional interior and exterior detailing.

You must have

- Your own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Your own professional detailing equipment and supplies
- Pressure washer, vacuum, steam cleaner, and air blower/compressed air equipment
- Towels, brushes, sprays, chemicals, and other necessary supplies
- Smartphone with reliable service
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable and flexible availability

You should be comfortable performing interior deep cleaning, carpet and mat shampooing,



stain and salt removal, light pet hair removal, leather cleaning/conditioning, exterior washing, wheel and tire cleaning, and other standard detailing services.

HOW IT WORKS

When a customer books, we contact available detailers in that area.

You’ll receive the location, time, vehicle, package, services required, and payout before accepting the job.

If you accept, arrive on time with your equipment, complete the service to a qualified standard, take before/after photos when requested, and let us know once the job is completed.

There are no guaranteed hours. Detailers who are flexible, reliable, responsive, and consistently provide excellent work will be prioritized for more jobs.
