- Collaborate with educators for student growth
- Provide 1-on-1 support and reinforce learning
- Maintain a well-organized and peaceful classroom
- Supervise students during lunch and recess periods

Requirements:

- Experience with upper elementary or middle school students
- Robust verbal and written communication abilities
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Openness to learn Montessori teaching strategies
- Must have or be willing to obtain First Aid certification
