Join Computershare as a Corporate Trust Officer in Montreal, where you will manage client accounts and negotiate critical agreements in a hybrid work setup. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of trust and non-trust agreements while mitigating risks to protect Computershare’s interests. Evaluate legal documentation, provide administrative direction, and ensure compliance with all client agreements.

Engage in high-level service to foster client satisfaction and trust. Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate trust agreements and recommend business fees
- Review all corporate financing legal documentation
- Analyze agreements for operational setup
- Prepare client correspondence and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies Requirements:
- Robust written and verbal skills in French and English
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or finance
- 1+ year as a practicing lawyer or 3-5 years in finance
- Preferred: LL.B. and admission to a provincial Bar
- Preferred: Canadian Securities Course or Trust Program Excel at Computershare, delivering excellence in corporate trust management while nurturing client relationships.
