Job Title: Guest Service & Season Pass Representative
Location: In Person, Comox Valley
Wage Rate: $18.75/hour
Position: Seasonal Winter
Reports to: Season Pass Supervisor

As a Guest Service & Season Pass Representative, you’ll be the go-to guru for all season pass-related questions, guiding guests, supporting team members, and keeping operations running smooth.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, upbeat, and ready to keep the stoke high for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate an assigned point-of-sale (POS) station to assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Process payments, issue and modify season passes, and handle administrative transactions in person and online with accuracy
- Handle upgrades, changes, and daily transactions like a pro.
- Ensure all required liability waivers are completed and properly documented in guest profiles.
- Verify eligibility for specialty and discounted passes in accordance with established requirements.
- Redeem online orders and make sure every guest gets their pass with a smile.
- Provide support via phone, email, and in-person — always with professionalism and warmth.
- Be the friendly face (or voice) guests turn to for questions & concerns.
- Clearly explain policies and procedures to guests and staff.
- Communicate with supervisors about any cash discrepancies or guest care issues.
- Create and compile daily sales and operational reports
- Support the team with other tasks and jump in wherever needed
- Tackle daily tasks like filing, cleaning, stocking, and sanitizing — because a tidy space is a happy space!
- Follow all resort policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Take on additional duties as assigned — flexibility is key!

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services, retail, or hospitality is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with ski resort operations or a love for mountain life.
- Customer service wizardry: Friendly, patient, and solution oriented.

- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with POS systems, online portals, and basic troubleshooting.
