As the Outdoor Elements Retail Attendant, you'll be the go-to person for all retail questions while delivering outstanding guest service. Working on the front line, you'll welcome guests, answer questions about the resort,



provide directions, and help ensure every visitor has exceptional experience. You'll also play a key role in keeping the retail store organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who:

- Is at least 19 years of age.
- Holds a valid Serving It Right certificate or is willing to obtain one.
- Is organized, positive, and thrives in a busy environment
- Enjoys leading by example and supporting both guests and teammates.
- Has solid communication and customer service skills
- Brings enthusiasm and helps keep the stoke high for both guests and the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Outdoor Elements staff must always adhere to the policies and procedures of Mount Washington Alpine Resort
- Outdoor Elements staff must always follow the Above and Beyond Customer Service Program
- Be quick to learn and self-motivate as well as possess the ability to multitask in a very fast paced workplace.
- Run the till efficiently and be accurate with the money.
- Help our guests with all of their questions, whether it is about gear or just about the resort.
- Must be a team player and be able to work without supervision
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to up-sell products
- Facing and re merchandise through the day
- Cleaning displays, dusting shelves, vacuuming
- Putting our new stock on the floor
- Bring stock up from storerooms

You must be at least 19 years old and hold a valid Serving it Right Certificate or is willing to obtain one.
