Deloitte | Sociétés les mieux gérées (2019 - 2023) Dans le cadre de sa croissance continue, Targray est à la recherche d'un(e) négociateur junior en gaz naturel renouvelable (GNR) pour se joindre à notre équipe de négoce d'énergie à notre siège social de Montréal. Il s'agit d'une occasion passionnante de développer votre carrière dans le négoce d'énergie tout en ayant un impact tangible sur la transition vers les énergies renouvelables. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les traders chevronnés et les gestionnaires de montage sur l'exécution des transactions, l'analyse du marché et l'élaboration de stratégies, tout en bénéficiant d'un mentorat pour accélérer votre croissance professionnelle.

Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein au bureau (du lundi au vendredi).

Volonté commerciale: Curiosité intellectuelle: Fort instinct analytique, avec la capacité d'évaluer les prix, les tendances de l'offre et de la demande et les développements réglementaires sur les marchés de l'énergie.

Résilience: À l'aise avec les attentes élevées, la pression et le défi de créer de nouvelles opportunités dans un marché en croissance.

Développement du marché: Soutenir les possibilités de croissance de l'offre et de la demande de GNR, y compris les applications de carburant de production et de transport (GNC).

Soutien aux transactions: Contribuer aux négociations commerciales, aux examens de contrats et à la gestion des relations avec les contreparties.

Développement des affaires: Maintenir les pipelines de vente, suivre les opportunités et aider les gestionnaires de montage à sensibiliser les clients.

Collaboration: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les traders seniors pour évaluer les transactions et développer des solutions de négociation innovantes.

Rapports: Préparer des rapports et des présentations sur les tendances du marché, les mises à jour réglementaires et les nouvelles occasions d'affaires. Baccalauréat en affaires, en économie, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe. Le MBA ou la maîtrise en finance/économie est un atout solide.

Expérience: 2 à 4 ans d'expérience, y compris des stages ou des rôles commerciaux dans le commerce, l'énergie, la finance ou des domaines connexes. Les récents diplômés exceptionnels ayant de solides réalisations seront également pris en considération. Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de traduire les données en informations exploitables. Intérêt réel pour les marchés de l'énergie, la durabilité et le commerce financier.

Deloitte | Best Managed Companies (2019 - 2023) As part of our continued growth, Targray is seeking a Junior Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Trader to join our energy trading team at our Montreal headquarters. This is an exciting chance to develop your career in energy trading while making a tangible impact on the transition to renewable energy. You’ll work closely with senior traders and origination managers on deal execution, market analysis, and strategy development, while receiving mentorship to accelerate your professional growth.

This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday). We’re looking for an ambitious early-career professional eager to launch a career in renewable energy trading and make a tangible impact on the energy transition.

Deal Support: Contribute to commercial negotiations, contract reviews, and relationship management with counterparties.

Research & Analysis: Monitor pricing, supply/demand trends, and regulatory changes to inform trading strategies.

Business Development: Maintain sales pipelines, track opportunities, and assist origination managers with client outreach.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior traders to evaluate deals and develop innovative trading solutions.

Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging business opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA or Master’s in Finance/Economics is a solid asset.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience, including internships or commercial roles in trading, energy, finance, or related fields. Exceptional recent graduates with a solid record of achievement will also be considered. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Genuine interest in energy markets, sustainability, and financial trading.
