This role supports both project-based initiatives and ongoing operations, providing technical expertise across server infrastructure, virtualization, storage, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The Infrastructure Solutions

Engineer works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions aligned with business and operational requirements. Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments Ensure infrastructure solutions align with security, performance, availability, and business requirements Monitor infrastructure performance,



availability, capacity, and operational health Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls, including access controls, system hardening, and security policies Support Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, configurations, and technical diagrams Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiency Contribute to automation, process improvements, and infrastructure standardization efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud, network, security, application, and systems initiatives Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients Communicate effectively on infrastructure issues, risks, and recommended solutions Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure technologies Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V Experience with infrastructure monitoring and diagnostic tools Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field ~Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure technologies ~ Experience supporting infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and deployments ~ Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, or equivalent) are preferred Comprehensive benefits package and time off policies Short Term Incentive Plan
