Canadian Tire's 2027 Merchandising Rotational Program is a 24-month new graduate development program based in Toronto, ON. Participants rotate through three eight-month roles in Category Business Analysis, Forecast Analysis, and Replenishment Analysis, before being placed into a permanent role upon successful completion.

What You'll Do

- Category Business Analyst: Collaborate with Category Business Managers to analyze product assortments and provide data-driven recommendations that drive financial results and customer relevance.
- Forecast Analyst: Create and manage SKU-level operational sales and store demand forecasts for an assigned category, incorporating promotions, seasonal trends, and dealer ordering patterns.
- Replenishment Analyst: Oversee replenishment processes for specific categories, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain inventory flow into Distribution Centres, and support new product introductions.

What You'll Bring

- Expected graduation of December 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, Data & Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Leadership experience through academic, volunteer, or extracurricular activities
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous exposure to retail operations is an asset

- Broadband salary range: $53,000 – $88,000; typical hiring range: $53,000 – $70,000
