The Major Gifts Development

Officer works closely with the Development team to enhance philanthropic support through a robust relationship management framework. You will be tasked with developing strategic plans for engaging prospects, ensuring recognition of contributions, and overseeing donor inquiries. Robust communication and relationship-building skills are necessary to thrive in this collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and advance a portfolio of major gift prospects
- Create and implement donor cultivation strategies

Requirements:

- University degree or significant fundraising experience
- At least five years in relationship management
