We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NICE Actimize Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of advanced financial crime prevention solutions utilizing NICE Actimize software. Your expertise in cloud platforms, operating systems, databases, and computer networking will drive innovative security initiatives, ensuring robust protection against financial crimes.

Responsibilities

- Lead the technical architecture, configuration, and customization of NICE Actimize solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NICE Actimize with cloud services such as AWS and Azure, ensuring scalable and secure deployments.
- Manage virtualization environments using VMware and ESXi to optimize system performance and availability.
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools utilizing Python, Bash, Shell Scripting, JavaScript, and DevOps practices to streamline operations.
- Oversee database management across SQL variants including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases for high-performance data processing.
- Implement container orchestration with Kubernetes to facilitate scalable deployment of applications.
- Ensure system security by configuring VPNs, DNS settings, operating systems (Windows/Linux),



and network protocols such as REST APIs for seamless communication.
- Monitor system health through comprehensive logging, troubleshooting network issues related to computer networking concepts like TCP/IP and VPNs.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices in DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and T-SQL scripting for version control and deployment automation.

Experience

- Proven experience leading technical teams in deploying NICE Actimize or similar financial crime prevention platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud computing environments including AWS and Azure architectures.
- Strong background in virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi and containerization with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in multiple operating systems including Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
- Deep understanding of database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL databases, along with T-SQL and PL/SQL scripting skills.
- Solid grasp of computer networking fundamentals including DNS configuration, VPN setup, REST API integration, and network security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash (Unix shell), JavaScript; familiarity with DevOps pipelines using Git and Jenkins for continuous integration/deployment workflows.
