Our company is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor. Night Auditors are responsible to perform some functions of the Accounting department along with Hotel Front Desk duties. The ideal candidate will be skilled, friendly and detail oriented with a passion for helping others and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

- Answer guest questions about the hotel and amenities.
- Guest Check in and check out
- Auditing, balancing, and verifying daily revenue
- Responding to guest phone call, inquiries, and concerns
- Balancing cash drawers, record errors and reconcile daily revenue receipts
- Promoting the hotel services.
- Ensure all charges have been correctly posted

Required Skills
- Possess a basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Possess outstanding customer service skills and professionalism
- 1 year hotel experience preferred

Pay: Up to $17.60 per hour
