Interacting with customers in a friendly manner. Adhering to all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety policies, and other programs and initiatives. While we are willing to train the right candidate, most successful candidates possess the following: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school system or program. (Minimum of two years of experience in a bakery environment. (Working independently with little direct supervision.

Have a genuine concern for the needs of customers. Required to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Required at times to work with challenging customers and/or situations. Occasionally pushing and pulling of heavy carts around bakery
