Health is hiring a registered Occupational Therapist for its Primary Care department. In this position, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care through clinical assessments and effective care planning.
Your role encompasses working in various environments to ensure the highest quality of care aligned with the community's needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams on patient care plans
- Carry out clinical assessments to identify patient goals
- Develop and execute evidence-based treatment interventions
- Provide ethical and compassionate care across diverse settings
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans accordingly
Requirements:
- Registered Occupational Therapist in British Columbia
- Solid clinical assessment and planning abilities
- Proficient in teamwork and communication
- Experience in community health settings preferred
- Available for full-time hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30
