Norton Rose Fulbright is searching for a Cloud Administrator to support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 operations. This permanent position focuses on enhancing service delivery and security in a hybrid work model.

Your role will entail comprehensive administration of cloud services, ensuring excellence in monitoring, backup management, and incident resolution. Collaborate with diverse teams to improve operational standards and deliver solutions while documenting processes and protocols meticulously. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, and Entra ID
- Monitor and troubleshoot service health and performance issues
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation tasks




- Facilitate cloud service requests and ensure adherence to protocols
- Participate in project activities and after-hours maintenance as needed

Requirements:

- 5-7 years in Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
- Robust experience with cloud security and infrastructure operations
- Skills in scripting and using DevOps tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and service desk frameworks
