The Producer 2 is the custodian of the project roadmap and release schedule for a development project, responsible for moving the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and communication. They partner with key stakeholders to ensure the project is managed on time, to quality, and within budget, while also mentoring and advising project-assigned Producers on schedule management across agile and live service workflows. This role is a full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.





Custodian of the Project Roadmap and Release Schedule; mentors and advises project-assigned Producers on schedule management tactics within development cadences. Spots risks and dependencies well in advance; actively tracks and mitigates them within the project or shared function. Proactively identifies and resolves conflicts between schedule, staffing, technology, and design objectives across a single project.

Interfaces with key stakeholders and team leads to manage scope and quality. Accountable for project team capacity and health. Sets the tone for positive team culture and contributes to a healthy, collaborative, and high-performance environment.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or certification in project management with a focus on Agile methodologies. ~5+ years of project management experience in entertainment and/or software development. ~Deep understanding of games-as-a-service business model and live ops #
