The Windsor Essex Community Health Centre (weCHC) in Leamington seeks a Nurse Practitioner for maternity leave backfill. Two temporary full-time positions, 35 hours per week, to provide primary health care within an inter-skilled team.

Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosing and treating health conditions, coordinating care with physicians, conducting outreach, and contributing to health promotion efforts.
