Occupational Therapist
Role | Flexible Scheduling | Recent Graduates are welcome! We make sure you’re supported from day one, with unlimited shadow visits, mentoring, and a team culture that values collaboration and continuous growth. In this role of Occupational Therapist, you will provide community visits to assess the abilities and needs of individuals while working with multidisciplinary teams and equipment vendors to facilitate function.
Client groups receiving treatment may include pediatrics for in-home or school services and/or adults with medical/health concerns. Full‑time, Part‑time, Job Sharing, Salaried and Independent Provider/Contractor roles available. Start with a $5000 Signing Bonus!
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and equipment vendors to facilitate function and enhance quality of life. Analyze environmental factors—physical, cultural, social, and institutional—that impact occupational performance. Maintain professional and accurate client records in compliance with ParaMed’s policies and regulatory standards.
Current registration (in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists. Open to new graduates with active licensure. ADP authorization is an asset. Knowledge of community resources to support clients and families.
Current First
Aid and CPR certification (within the last 12 months).
