Job Summary:

Onyx Water Co. Ltd. is looking for a dependable and friendly team member to join our family owned, growing water bottling and delivery business. This role includes a mix of customer service, administrative tasks, and light warehouse duties.

Responsibilities:

- Daily invoicing and basic office tasks
- Answering phones and emails
- Front counter sales and payment processing ( cash and point of sale)
- Assisting customer with loading 3 and 5 Gallon water jugs into vehicles
- Restocking shelves with water jugs
- General cleaning and organization
- Occasionally operating forklift to move racks and load bulk customers (certification course can be provided)

Requirements:

- Able to lift 45 lbs (5 Gallon Water Jug) at a minimum
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Sage is used, training will be provided)




- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work both alone and as part of a team
- Previous experience is an asset but not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Adaptable breaks
