3GA Marine seeks a Mechanical Engineer focused on marine projects in Victoria or Burnaby, BC. This role offers a mix of office and occasional on-site work to support innovative vessel designs and refits.

We are hiring at all experience levels: Junior, Intermediate, and Senior. This position entails drafting designs using industry-standard CAD software, performing inspections, and producing deliverables that meet strict regulatory standards. Your influence will drive high-quality results in complex engineering projects within a collaborative work setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Draft marine systems designs using AutoCAD and related software
- Perform calculations and input data for regulatory compliance
- Write specifications for design and refit projects




- Execute 3D scanning and support VR design implementations
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and proposals Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- EIT or P.Eng. eligibility in British Columbia
- Background in ship repair or similar field preferred
- Familiarity with CAD software including ShipConstructor is an advantage
