Plan the deliverables of the application and technological axis taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and linkages with other deliveries and initiatives
- Perform functional supervision and coordination of contributors involved in the delivery of the application and technology axis
- Ensure team performance, quality control of work and application of project standards, methods and procedures
- Develop risk analyses, assess impacts and define appropriate strategies to manage the level of risk of the application and technology axis
- Interact with users from different industries to ensure productive delivery of solutions.
