You will collaboratively develop lesson plans, create individualized activities, and ensure a safe, educational setting for all children. - Encourage children to explore and learn independently
- Collaborate in developing and executing lesson plans




- Create and implement tailored learning activities
- Supervise classroom dynamics and maintain a safe atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with the Director regarding student progress

Requirements:

- Minimum of one year experience working with children
- Early Childhood Certification - ECE Level 1/2
- First Aid Certificate (may be obtained post-hire)
- Recent Criminal Record Check needed
- Knowledge of Reggio-inspired or Montessori education is valuable
