IPEX Langley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our diverse account portfolio. This in office role supports order entry, delivery timelines, and cross-functional collaboration to meet service standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, experience with SAP/CRM is a plus, and bilingualism is valued. This contract position is based at the Langley office with 18 months term and full-time hours.
