We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Event Decorator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating beautiful spaces, working with their hands, and being part of a fast-paced team.

Our events often have tight setup timelines and high attention-to-detail requirements, so the ability to work efficiently, follow direction, and stay organized under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

- Set up and tear down event décor according to team leader instructions
- Be able to lift 40 pounds
- Install and arrange linens, backdrops, draping, florals, centrepieces, furniture, signage, and other décor elements
- Ensure all décor is properly placed, styled, and presentation-ready




- Follow detailed setup plans and instructions while maintaining consistency and quality
- Work efficiently to meet strict event setup and teardown timelines
- Load, unload, organize, and care for event décor and equipment
- Work collaboratively with the decorating team and other event staff
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors throughout setups
- Identify and resolve small setup issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner while in office

Pay: $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
