ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT WORKER – TABER / LETHBRIDGE

$22.00/hour | 37.5 hours/week | Monday–Friday

Mileage compensation provided

We are seeking a caring, dependable and respectful individual to provide one-on-one support to a person with medical and support needs.

The successful applicant will begin each day in Taber and provide support at a college in Lethbridge. This is a consistent weekday position with a regular schedule.

HOURS

Monday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Total: 37.5 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS

● Valid driver’s licence

● Reliable vehicle

● Minimum $2 million liability insurance (compensation after 6 months)

● Current First Aid/CPR certification

● Dependable, punctual and organized

● Comfortable providing one-on-one support

● Able to follow medical and support instructions

● Commitment to privacy and confidentiality

● Previous experience in disability services, healthcare, education or support work is an asset





● Vulnerable Sector/Police Information Check may be required
