Scotia Harvest is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to serve as the on-site HR presence at our Seabrook facility. This role supports employees and leaders, builds relationships, and helps create a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
You’ll provide hands-on HR support, coach leaders through people-related challenges, assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR records in BambooHR, and partner with the broader People & Culture team across the Mersey Group.
