Reporting to the COO, the Manager of Operational Effectiveness and Partner Communications is essential in ensuring effective communication within the organization.

With a focus on partner communication, training, meeting governance, and operational enhancement, this role contributes to seamless operations across head and partner offices. Candidates must have over 5 years of financial services experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop communication programs for partners and internal teams • Coordinate meetings and track action items • Implement knowledge management resources and LMS materials • Support operational metrics and scorecard programs • Ensure compliance in all communication processes Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business administration or communications • 5+ years in financial services operations • Completion of Canadian Securities Course is an asset • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and LMS platforms • Strong judgment with confidential information Drive operational success and communication improvements as part of a energetic team in the financial services sector.
