Analyst – Manufacturing & Scheduling | Coquitlam & Pitt Meadows, BC Salary: $65,500–$82,000 | Full-Time | On-Site (5 Days/Week) Are you passionate about operations, data, and making a real impact? We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to support our dynamic scheduling and manufacturing teams across four facilities.
You will split your time between our facilities in Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of operations, bridging planning and execution, and driving efficiency across the supply chain.
Supporting Scheduling
Operations – Collaborate with schedulers and supply planning to ensure efficient production runs and cost-effective job sequencing.
Champion Data
Integrity – Validate and maintain master data in ERP systems (Syspro), ensuring accurate inputs for successful operations. Analyze & Optimize – Use tools like Power BI, Excel,
and SQL to analyze batch sizes, machine capabilities, and inventory to maximize throughput and minimize changeovers. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, supply chain and product launch teams to ensure seamless execution. 2–5 years in manufacturing, ideally in food or CPG ~ Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, and production planning ~ Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL ~ Knowledge of bills of materials, economic batch sizing, and scheduling logic ~ Collaborative mindset with a flexible, growth-oriented attitude Career growth opportunities across operations, supply chain, planning and throughout the company Great healthcare perks (including health and personal spending accounts) ~ Vacation and wellness days ~ Employee assistance program ~ Apply today and help us build a more sustainable, efficient, and impactful future.
