About Nutrics

Nutrics is a personalized meal planning and nutrition platform. We build macro-aware meal plans, adaptive delivery scheduling, and recipes that fit how people actually eat. We are pre-launch, building fast, and this is one of the first roles on the team.

Why This Role Exists A great meal plan is worthless if the food doesn't show up fresh, on time, and exactly as promised. We need someone who can turn our kitchen partnerships and delivery logic into a system that actually runs — sourcing, packing, scheduling, and getting meals to customers reliably as we scale from our first orders to real volume. This is a role where operational judgment shapes the product itself, not a function bolted on after the fact.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end fulfillment: from kitchen partner handoff to final delivery at the customer's door
- Build and manage delivery scheduling logic, including our Monday/Thursday cadence and split-delivery flows
- Work directly with kitchen partners to coordinate production timing, packaging standards, and quality consistency
- Stand up the processes, tooling, and vendor relationships (couriers, packaging, cold chain) needed to scale delivery reliably
- Troubleshoot issues in real time — missed deliveries, packaging failures, timing gaps — and build fixes that prevent recurrence
- Track delivery performance and cost,



and use that data to negotiate with and evaluate partners
- Work directly with the founder to translate operational constraints into product and pricing decisions
- Help define what "reliable" means for Nutrics as order volume and delivery zones grow

Who We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, food delivery, or operations — ideally in food, CPG, or a fast-moving startup environment
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and building process from scratch, not just running an existing playbook
- Hands-on and detail-oriented — willing to be in the kitchen or on the phone with a courier when something goes wrong
- Genuinely interested in product outcomes, not only operational execution in isolation
- Motivated by ownership and long-term impact on the company's direction

Compensation

$2,100/month (part time contract) plus 2.5% equity, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff.

Location & Schedule

Based in Toronto. Hybrid schedule with 1–2 days per week in office; remote for the remainder.
