Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time role based in Vaughan, ON. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistical planning to ensure timely delivery of products and smooth warehouse operations.

The Operations

Manager collaborates closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to forecast demand, optimize processes, and maintain accurate operational reporting.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing process improvements, monitoring key performance indicators, managing vendor relationships and supporting budget and cost-control initiatives. The role also involves leading and coaching team members, addressing operational issues,



and contributing to cross-functional projects that support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Operations and process management skills, including workflow optimization, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Experience with supply chain and vendor management, including purchasing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in using data and KPIs for decision-making.
- Leadership and people-management skills, including team development, performance feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with business software tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools) and comfort with technology-driven workflows.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in consumer electronics, audio products, or a related industry is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and occasionally travel between office, warehouse, and partner locations as needed.
